Detectives request public’s assistance in identifying theft suspects
RAPIDES PARISH, La. (WNTZ) – On May 6, 2024, at approximately 11:20 AM, deputies responded to the 10000 block of US 165 South near Woodworth in reference to a report of a theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with complainant who advised that someone had stolen a John Deere Z970R 35hp 60-inch commercial zero turn mower. ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - The spring football carousel continued Wednesday, May 15, as two Cenla teams, Peabody and Avoyelles High, went head-to-head. The teams have plenty of young players who are eager to show they can hold their own and fill the gaps left by graduating seniors. Last season with the Tigers, coach Josh Harper lead the team to a 5-5 record and home playoff game.
