When you are renting there are a bunch of financial responsibilities that fall on the landlord rather than the tenant, which makes things much easier on those who are renting. Although these financial pieces are there, they're not the biggest one to be worried about.
This Springfield cafe offers fair prices with plenty of food
Address: 700 W. Jefferson St. Online: Search for the restaurant name on Facebook. Entrée price range: breakfast, $6.99-$19.99; lunch, $11.99-$19.99. My order: There are two Sgt. Pepper’s in town; the one on Jefferson has been open a few months. There, I ordered the All-American Breakfast ($13.99), which included two eggs, hash browns, two buttermilk pancakes and a choice of either three sausages or bacon strips. What I got was more food than I could eat. However, my scrambled eggs weren’t really scrambled, but instead cooked flat and then sliced into pieces. My friend got a Buffalo chicken horseshoe ($19.99), which reportedly was tasty, although the cheese sauce was a bit dry.
