Despite spending the first four years of his career with the Green Bay Packers, when Micah Hyde joined the Buffalo Bills in in 2017, he found the team that he was meant to be with.

And for seven years, he remained in Buffalo, becoming a star safety for the Bills. However, after the 2023 season, he left as a free agent.

But Bills fans will never have to worry about Hyde potentially playing for another team.

Speaking with the media on Thursday, Hyde was asked about his future. And he showed his true love for Buffalo.

"It's Bills or retire," Hyde said.

So one thing is clear: he will not be playing anywhere else.

He also added that he's in "no rush at all" to decide his future in the NFL.

But he is still ready to go. The safety explained how he is feeling great, waking up "randomly" the other day to run a 10K.

Hyde has played in 95 games with the Bills, recording a total of 417 total tackles, one sack, three forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, 16 interceptions, and one touchdown.

Following the end of the 2023 season, Hyde took a moment to reflect on his time in Buffalo along with what could be next.

"This is a very, very special place and they just needed some fresh faces to come in here and appreciate Buffalo for what it is," Hyde said in January. "And I think that we saw that. We made Buffalo our home also. And I think that as fans, they can tell the way we're playing on the field, the way we talk about this organization, what we do in the community, they see that we're not just NFL guys that are collecting a check getting in and out. They see that we're actually part of this with them. We feel the losses, we feel the wins, we feel the struggles....I think we helped the city of Buffalo and Buffalo helped us."

He will forever be a Bill. That's for sure.
