    Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - East Aurora's Fisher-Price campus has a new general manager as Mattel has appointed Brian Fitzharris to the position, per Buffalo Business First. It's been a challenging year for Fisher-Price, which recently laid off over 75 employees. Fitzharris takes over the position on Monday.

    Marrano Homes has listed its first homes in the City of North Tonawanda. The first phase of sales in the community, called 'Bush Meadows', includes 30 homes. The homes will be priced in the mid $400 thousands.

    SUNY Niagara's nursing program has been ranked the 10th best in New York by NursingProcess.org, an online resource that helps nursing students. The school's nursing program had nearly a 95% pass rate in 2023.

    Locally-owned Unapologetic Coffee will open on the first floor of BestSelf Behavioral Health's future headquarters and the site of the new Scott Bieler Child Advocacy Center. Unapologetic Coffee is owned by sisters Alisa and Alicia Officer.
