‘Big Ed’s’ in Waukegan giving out free ground beef Sunday
WAUKEGAN, Ill. — A popular brisket spot in the North Suburbs is giving back some beef and making sure no food goes to waste. ‘Big Ed’s BBQ’ in Waukegan says they go through so much brisket where they ground it up and make it into burgers. When they still have leftovers, they either donate the meat to different organizations or store them in freezers.
