The first shooting happened on Nov. 13 in the Wyandotte neighborhood when a man with an AR-styled pistol, later identified as Jason Bobbit, led officers on a foot chase. Despite being told to drop his weapon multiple times, police say Bobbit pointed the gun at officers instead. Officer O’Sha Rogers shot him in response.
