Man sentenced to life in Ohio for 2024 disappearance of Gainesville girl
A man who police say took a then-12-year-old Gainesville girl from her home for indecent purposes was sentenced in Ohio court this week. Tuscarawas County, Ohio court records show Antonio Agustin-Ailon, age 34 of Guatemala, entered a guilty plea on March 10 to a list of charges including rape and pandering. He was sentenced on Monday, March 17, to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years served.
