Woman picks up dropped envelope with $8K inside in the Bronx: NYPD

COUNTRY CLUB, The Bronx (PIX11) – A woman is wanted for picking up an envelope containing $8,000 that was dropped on a sidewalk in the Bronx on May 26, according to the NYPD.

A 34-year-old man dropped the envelope near Stadium Avenue and Spencer Drive around 5:45 p.m., police said.

The woman then grabbed the envelope and fled to parts unknown, according to authorities.

She was last seen wearing a blue dress with a white sweater.
