New Chick-fil-A officially opens in Broken Arrow, bringing jobs to community

    2024-05-17

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow's new Chick-fil-A restaurant is open for business.

The new location near Creek Turnpike and Aspen Avenue officially opened its doors Friday morning. It's bringing approximately 100 full and part-time jobs to the community.

Jeffrey Kraft, the owner-operator of the new location, surprised local students and staff with free meals, gift cards, merchandise and career advice. He said he's excited to bring business to the community.

"This tight-knit community has welcomed my family and I with such open arms, and as local Owner-Operator, it is my goal that every guest feels the same welcoming environment at Chick-fil-A Creek Turnpike & Aspen Ave, while enjoying some great-tasting food alongside family or friends," Kraft said.

In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, a Feeding America partner food bank.

Kraft plans for the new Broken Arrow restaurant to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local coup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need.

The new location is open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
