2 Western Michigan cities receive share of $11.9 million MI Clean Water grants
SCOTTVILLE, Mich. — Two cities in the western portion of Michigan are receiving the vast majority of $11.9 million grants to upgrade water infrastructure. The cities of Scottsville and New Buffalo are among several municipalities and a county to be awarded money through the MI Clean Water Plan. The grant funds come from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, and support from the federal American Rescue Plan Act.
