Health assessment survey launches in Henderson County
Henderson County residents can help shape future health initiatives in the community through a newly-launched survey. Over the next few weeks, a national research firm will conduct random phone surveys with about 200 residents. The confidential survey will ask about residents' health, behaviors and experiences. Selected households will receive a call from “WNC Health.” The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete.
