Mt. Vernon Road closures to start in 2027 as sewer project begins
The Mt. Vernon Road project is expected to begin in January or February and will cause rolling closures of that street for up to a year as the city continues its years-long effort to separate storm and sanitary sewers, according to Brandon Fox, Newark water administrator.
