The Boston Celtics have won 17 NBA championships and had 153 total All-Star selections in their nearly 80-year history as a franchise.

Some of Boston’s top stars include 11-time NBA champion Bill Russell, generational talent Larry Bird, and Hall-of-Famers John Havlicek, Bob Cousy, and Dave Cowens.

The modern era is highlighted by the tandem of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who have yet to win a title together. As the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference during the 2024 NBA playoffs, Tatum and Brown have a chance to win the Celtics their 18th championship (which would give them the most of any team, breaking their tie with the Los Angeles Lakers).
