Port Jervis drug dealer sentenced to four years in jail
PORT JERVIS- A Port Jervis man has been sentenced to four years in state prison followed by two years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to selling drugs. Marcus Henderson, 27, was arrested by police after they executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Port Jervis on February 29, 2024. While executing the warrant, police officers recovered a quantity of cocaine from Henderson as well as scales used in narcotics trafficking, packaging materials, and cash from the residence.
