The Western Cloverbelt Conference ran its track and field championships Tuesday at Cadott and crowned boys and girls individual and team champions. Stanley-Boyd came out on top on the boys side while Bloomer topped the girls standings. Fall Creek finished second in both. Hudson, Chippewa Falls crowned Big Rivers track and field champions
The Big Rivers track and field Championships were held at New Richmond on Monday and both the boys and girls competitions crowned championships. Hudson won the boys title while Chippewa Falls won the girls championship. Both the Raiders and Cardinals were the top two teams in team scoring. Chippewa Falls outlasted Hudson by 1.5 points on the girls side with a score of 117.5. Bloomer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 9-6 to the Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers.
