Rumble Ponies to begin series with Hartford on Wednesday

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – After the series opener was postponed on Tuesday, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies will open a 6 game homestand against Hartford with a double header on Wednesday.

Binghamton starts the week at .500 through 20 games this season, a 10-10 record, good for third place in the division.

Hartford enters the series leading the Eastern League Northeast division at 12-7, 2.5 games ahead of the Ponies.

Last week against New Hampshire, Binghamton went 4-2, however they did lose the series finale on Sunday.

Binghamton looks to bounce back when the series begins Wednesday, the homestand will run through Sunday.

The double header on Wednesday is scheduled to start at 5:05 p.m.
