HANNIBAL, Mo. — Two Hannibal men were charged with two counts each of receiving stolen property after their arrests on Wednesday. The 10th Judicial District of Marion County issued felony warrants Wednesday, May 15 on Cody S. Rickey, 33, of Hannibal, and Jeffrey L. Porter Jr., 37, of Hannibal. The warrants stem from a report was made with the Hannibal Police Department on Tuesday.
