Auburn RB Brian Battie injured in Florida shooting
Auburn running back Brian Battie is reportedly one of the victims in a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in Sarasota, Florida, an Auburn spokesperson told AL.com. According to multiple reports, one person is dead and other victims were treated at local hospitals. The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened at approximately 3:30 a.m. local time. Battie is a native of Sarasota.
UPDATE: Two drivers transported after Morgantown Road accident
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Just before 1 p.m. Saturday, an accident involving at least one vehicle occurred at the intersection of Morgantown Road and Briggs Hill Road. Emergency responders from Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Medical Center EMS, Barren River Fire, and Bowling Green Fire all responded to the scene.

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – It’s a cause near and dear to one artist’s heart, and she is using her talent to help the animals she loves so much. Katherine McCumber, owner of All Is Well Tattoo and Art Studio, said to News 40 that she is a big lover of animals and wanted to do something to give back.
