Sammi Schleis drove in five runs and Maddyn Saunders held off an East Troy rally to help Beloit Turner win a Rock Valley conference softball game Thursday in Beloit.

Schleis went 3 for 4 with a home run, and the Turner Trojans appeared to be cruising through 6½ innings (East Troy played as the home team and batted last), but the visiting Trojans drummed up a four-run rally in the bottom of the seventh.

East Troy had runners at the corners with one out, but a hard liner by Hannah Feyen was caught by Kennedy Crall at second base, who doubled off Ava Johnson to end the game after Johnson broke for second base on the hard contact.
