Farmington woman seriously injured in traffic crash
WAYNE COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A Farmington woman was seriously injured in a single-vehicle traffic crash in Wayne County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Reports, the crash took place around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 11. The driver was going northbound on US Highway 67, a quarter of a mile north of Highway F.
Arrest made in connection with 2021 missing person case
An arrest has been made in connection with a missing person’s investigation from 2021. Thomas E. “Tedo” Gamble, 21, formerly of Potosi, Missouri, has been arrested in connection to the disappearance of 19-year-old John Paul Parton, of High Ridge, Missouri. Gamble has been charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and disposing of a corpse.
High school seniors hire bagpiper to follow principal around while performing
RICHWOODS, Ill. (WKRC) - Two high school seniors hired a bagpiper to follow their school principal around while performing tunes. According to The New York Post, the seniors hired a professional bagpiper to follow the principal while playing an assortment of tunes for around an hour last week. Per the publication, the bagpiper, Scott Whitman, arrived at Richwoods High School dressed in a kilt and hat to perform for Principal Billy Robison.
