BEAVER FALLS ― Community members who are interested in flying personal drones may be interested in an upcoming workshop at the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls. The library will be hosting a public informational session with Angle of Attack Imagery called "Drones 101" at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. At the event, attendees will be able to learn more about the different types of commercial drones, the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) safety guidelines associated with these devices and the types of aerial photography or videography that is possible with these small aircraft.

Calcutta to welcome renovated Sheetz with drive-through by October 2024
With many new businesses moving into Calcutta, it will also be getting a brand new Sheetz, beginning tear-down on May 13.
