Here's what we know: What is Latitude Margaritaville Watersound? Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is a 55-and-older community located near Panama City Beach in Bay County. It is being developed through a partnership between the St. Joe Company, Minto Communities USA and Margaritaville Holdings. The first phase of development also called for the construction of about 3,500 homes. Properties started hitting the market in 2021, and more than 2,600 homes had been sold as of Sept. 15, the release notes.
