A fight at Lillian Park in Barstow resulted in a woman being shot, a man being stabbed, a teenage girl being shot and stabbed, police said.

Barstow Police reported that around 6:39 p.m. Wednesday, police dispatchers received a call regarding a shooting at Lillian Park in the 900 block of Villafana Street.

Police responded to the neighborhood park and noticed a Little League baseball game being played but found no one injured at the site.

Nearby, officers located Heiser Lambert, a 47-year-old woman from Barstow, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. They also found a 15-year-old girl from Barstow, suffering from a gunshot wound and a stab wound, police reported.

First responders treated both people, and Lambert was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center due to the severity of her injuries, police said.

The teenage girl was taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center for further treatment, according to police officials.

At the time, officers detained and later released a 30-year-old man at the scene who was believed to be the shooter, police stated.

The Barstow Police Department’s Detective Bureau and Evidence Technicians assumed the investigation.

Detectives stated that around 7:46 p.m., a 20-year-old man from Barstow arrived at Barstow Community Hospital suffering from a stab wound.

Detectives determined Lambert and the teenager were involved in a physical fight. At that time, Lambert allegedly produced a knife and stabbed the teenager and 20-year-old man.

The teen’s 16-year-old brother also allegedly produced a handgun and fired multiple rounds at Lambert, striking Lambert and his sister. He then fled the scene, according to police.

Bartow Police are currently searching for the girl's brother, who has an unrelated active no-bail warrant for his arrest, police said.

The police department has spoken to the teen suspect’s family and is encouraging him to turn himself in.

On Thursday, police did not reveal the condition of those injured.
