Wheeling Central Softball Holds Off Barnesville in 3A OVAC Semifinal
WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF)– Wheeling Central beat Barnesville 6-4 Tuesday in the OVAC 3A Softball Semifinal. The Maroon Knights blew a 4-run lead in the 6th inning, but rallied off a Bella Rine go-ahead solo-homer to close out the game and now play Martins Ferry in the final.

Spring cleanup collections scheduled around Guernsey County this weekend
GUERNSEY COUNTY — Jackson Township and the village of Byesville cleanup days will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The collection will be at the township maintenance yard at 10147 Catalpa St. in Byesville. Tires, building materials, or hazardous materials will not be accepted.
