Palm Bay firefighters say solar farm brush fire now under control
PALM BAY, Fla. — Firefighters and forestry service crews managed to get a brush fire at a solar farm in Palm Bay under control on Saturday. According to Palm Bay Fire Rescue, crews got the fire under control Saturday evening after battling it for most of the afternoon. Originally reported as being 6 to 8-acres in size, the brush fire burned around 70 acres.
