Brevard County continues push to move legal notices online

On Monday, March 20, 2023, Melbourne Police Officers responded to North Harbor City Boulevard approximately 207 feet south of Rivercrest Drive in response to a vehicle crash involving a 2020 white Ford Escape SUV. Upon their arrival, officers discovered the driver and sole occupant had succumbed to injuries as a result of the crash. Initial investigation revealed the Ford Escape was traveling southbound on North Harbor City Boulevard when, for an unknown reason, it veered across all lanes of travel, leaving the roadway to the east and impacting a tree.
