Barnesville girls basketball coach resigns after complaints filed
BARNESVILLE, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A long-time coach in Barnesville, Minnesota, has resigned from his coaching position. The head coach of the girls basketball team, Ryan Bomstad, submitted his resignation on May 20. In his resignation letter, Bomstad said Barnesville Girls Basketball has been one of his top priorities for the last 12 years.

The St. Michael-Albertville boys’ lacrosse team was in a groove headed into the section final against Moorhead. After dispatching Big Lake/Princeton during the Section 8 quarterfinals, the Knights handled Monticello 16-7 in the semifinals.
