Rotary Club hears from GRSP students

The Bainbridge Rotary Club met for their weekly meeting at the Kirbo Center on Tuesday. The guest speaker of the day was Ana Pereira, accompanied by Antonia Platzbecker. The two are students from abroad, attending ABAC as part of the Georgia Rotary Student Program.

Pereira, a native of Colombia, gave a slideshow presentation to the Rotary Club about her time studying at ABAC, and all her travels and experiences in the US while here, including trips to the Grand Canyon and a bad experience eating raw oysters. She also showed samples of some of her broadcast journalism experience she gained while studying at ABAC.

Following her presentation, she answered questions from club members.
