MISSOULA, Mont. — Butte-Silver Bow is asking residents to weigh in on possible changes to regulations governing backyard chickens. HELENA — The Chick-fil-A project continues to move forward in Helena. Chick-fil-A, Inc. told MTN News that the Helena location is scheduled to open in early 2027. Missouri River Bar and Grill in Cascade has confirmed that the historic building is a complete loss after an early morning fire on September 4. Every employee made it safely out of the building but two are currently being held overnight for observation following treatment for smoke inhalation. A dark-haired schnauzer remains missing after the fire. At the moment, there has been no word on what the future of the business will be. The Missouri River Bar and Grill has stated that they will keep the community updated on the next steps. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
