Dr. Montgomery Rice, a renowned infertility specialist and researcher who serves the community, advocating for health equity, developing African American doctors in research and providing quality patient care.

She is the founding director of the Center for Women’s Health Research at Meharry Medical College, one of the nation’s first research centers devoted to studying diseases that disproportionately impact women of color.  Dr. Montgomery Rice is in a unique position of leadership as an integrated member of the largest consortium of HBCU in the world.
