ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A building on the Emory University campus was vandalized over the weekend during ongoing protests against the Israel-Hamas war. An Atlanta News First camera crew captured photos of graffiti spray-painted on the outside of Convocation Hall on Sunday. The spray-painted writing had already been covered by boards.

Wytheville man arrested for possession and selling illegal drugs
WYTHEVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) - A Wytheville man has been arrested for the possession and selling of illegal drugs, according to the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office. On Tuesday, members of the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force and Tactical Team executed a search warrant at a residence on West Monroe St. in the Town of Wytheville. Deputies seized 341 grams of Methamphetamine, 14 grams of Cocaine, and 223 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms. In addition, $5,986 was also seized from the home and vehicle.
Wytheville Community College holds NC3 National Signing Day for career and technical students
WYTHE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - Wytheville Community College (WCC) held their second NC3 National Letter of Intent Signing Day for career and technical students on April 18. Over 80 students and their families joined Wytheville Community College to celebrate their commitment to pursue a career. High school teachers and administrators in the WCC service region attended the event as well.
Pro-Palestinian protests continue into second day

Yesterday, protesters were met with a large response from the Emory Police Department, which was working with the Atlanta Police Department and Georgia State Patrol. Officers arrested 28 protestors, including 15 students, and used irritant gas on the crowd and a taser on one individual.
