LACONIA — Police have identified the parties they say were responsible for an exchange of gunfire in the city's South End on Thursday. Police Chief Matt Canfield said his officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Baldwin and Joliet streets at around 3 p.m. on Thursday.
