Regarding the April 23 incident at Supervisor Zack Scrivner's home, it's clear to me that somebody should have been arrested. Either Scrivner committed a sexual assault on one of his children, or one of his children repeatedly stabbed Scrivner for no good reason. Why is nobody in custody and facing charges?
