The Madison County Attorney’s Office charged a Norfolk woman on Monday with felony child abuse stemming from the alleged assault of a teenage girl last week. According to the Norfolk Daily News Prosecutors sought an arrest warrant for 37-year-old Hollie Koenig, on one count of intentional child abuse, which carries a maximum of three years in prison.
