St. Louis Feb 24 Weekly Crime Report: 490 Incidents and 55 Crime Stories. During the last week, St. Louis has witnessed a total of 490 reported crime cases. The most common type of crime was 'Disturbance', which accounted for 99 cases, followed by 'Suspicious Situation' and 'Shooting' with 77 and 71 cases respectively. 'Burglary' and 'Assault' also presented significant numbers with 57 and 50 cases respectively. 'Domestic Related' incidents were reported 43 times, while 'Other' types of crimes accounted for 40 cases. 'Theft' cases were reported 33 times, and 'Arrests' were made in 10 instances. The least reported crimes were 'Vandalism', 'Robbery', and 'Arson', with 8, 1, and 1 cases respectively. These figures indicate a concerning state of affairs in the place, with a high frequency of disturbances and violent crimes such as shootings and assaults.

A Jefferson County woman’s family just keeps expanding. Elenora Biermann, 95, will welcome her 100th grandchild or great-grandchild next month when one of her 38 grandchildren has her 62nd great-grandchild. Two more great-grandchildren are on the way after that, and Elenora’s first great-great-grandchild also is on the way.
