The Nebraska Lottery said for the December 3, 2023, drawing, a $200,000 Nebraska Pick 5 winning ticket was sold at the Kwik Shop located at 1403 Harlan St., in Falls City. The ticket matched all five winning numbers (03, 10, 11, 17, 28) for the jackpot prize.

OMAHA, Neb. — The Nebraska Humane Society went out into the community Wednesday to help feed petsimpacted by the tornadoes. Storm victims in need of pet food, litter or other pet supplies can get what they need from 1-3 p.m. when the shelter's pantry truck will be parked at the Bennington Soccer Complex, located near N 156th Street and Bennington Road.
