    Amarillo Fire responds to a fire involving a camper, trailer home, vehicle in north Amarillo

    AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Fire Department released information regarding a camper, a trailer home and a vehicle on fire at 2002 N Hayes Street.

    According to an AFD press release, at around 5:02 p.m. on May 25, Amarillo Fire was dispatched to a second alarm fire at the location of 2002 N Hayes Street.

    Officials detailed that when they arrive a camper, a trailer home and a vehicle was fully involved threatening another structure. AFD added that residents at 2004 N Hayes were able to exit their house.

    AFD said crews quickly put the multiple fires out and no injuries were reported.

    The release stated that Red Cross has ben requested for assistance and AFD crews remains on the scene extinguishing hotspots.
