Reports indicate that an Indiana State trooper pulled Koch over on County Road 17 after observing her vehicle crossing the center line. Upon investigation, an open container of alcohol was allegedly discovered inside her car, and Koch purportedly failed field sobriety tests administered at the scene.

Since he was found as a stray and never claimed, we don't know much about his past.” Chewy has a personality as unique as his looks. "He is overly friendly with all, dogs included. He can come on a bit strong but in the kindest way. He wants everyone to be his friend!" states the Scituate Animal Shelter of Massachusetts, who is currently caring for Chewy until he finds his forever home.
