INDIANA CO., Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City man was found not guilty of rape and related charges stemming from an alleged incident in Indiana County in February 2023. Court records show 27-year-old Zechariah Edward-Robert Lemke, of Oil City, was found not guilty of the following criminal charges during a non-jury trial on Tuesday, May 7, with President Judge Thomas M.
