Barrick, a 40-year-old man, for felony Leandra's Law DWAI-Drugs after a traffic stop on November 25, 2023. Barrick was observed exhibiting signs of impairment while driving with a child passenger under 16. The second incident involved the arrest of Steven J Miller, a 38-year-old man, on November 28, 2023, based on an active warrant from the Cattaraugus County Family Court. Miller was apprehended by the City of Olean Police and handed over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office.
