Federal fugitive arrested in Laurel Co.
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A federal fugitive was arrested in Laurel County. The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says 71-year-old Byron Howard was arrested Monday night. The sheriff’s office says United States Marshals Service and the Central Kentucky Fugitive Task Force were attempting to take Howard into custody in Keavy.
