EDENTON — The Edenton-Chamber of Commerce recently recognized a 10-year tradition of music and pleasant company by presenting an award to Eddie and Melissa Fields for their work promoting local tourism. Police address social media photos of woman after she’s among 3 shot in Scotland Neck home
SCOTLAND NECK, N.C. (WNCN) — Police in a Halifax County town now say a woman and two men were shot inside a home Saturday morning. Scotland Neck police also addressed photos of the injured woman that appeared on social media while she was shot while lying on the ground outside the home.

The Lawrence Academy Lady Warriors were ranked No. 3 in the N.C.
