Creamery site’s history to be honored through new space on Kinnickinnic River

RIVER FALLS — Ground has been broken on a new stop along the Kinnickinnic River as Creamery at Cedar, a three-floor multi-purpose building, is expected to open in the summer of 2027. The building will include a brewery and taproom, kitchen, event space and short-term rental rooms overlooking the river. The property will honor the historic site of the creamery co-op at which it will be constructed.
