The massive smokehouse features six 1,000-gallon Moberg smokers operating around the clock, preparing brisket, pork ribs, chopped beef, and house-made sausage. Guests can also enjoy traditional sides such as mac and cheese, creamed corn, pinto beans, and potato salad, along with desserts including peach cobbler and banana pudding. The restaurant features a spacious dining room decorated with local memorabilia, historic Pearl Brewery signs, and large windows overlooking Broadway, bringing a classic Texas barbecue experience to the heart of San Antonio.
