Joannes Skate Park graffitied in Green Bay, police investigating
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is investigating two graffiti incidents at the Joannes Skate Park this week. The first incident happened on Monday, May 13, and was cleaned by park staff. The second incident occurred on Wednesday, May 15. Authorities say it is unacceptable to damage or deface public property or the property of others.
