    Abingdon farm hosting Civil War Living History

    ABINGDON, Va. (WJHL) – Local students and history buffs can learn more about what life was like during the Civil War this weekend.

    Fairview Farm & Homestead in Abingdon is hosting a Living History this weekend, showing what life was like for soldiers in the Civil War.

    Registration for Bays Mountain Park Day Camp opens

    This is happening Friday and Saturday from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

    The cost is $5 per person, but kids 12 and under get in free.
