$160 million approved to improve highway in one of Mississippi’s fastest growing regions
Mississippi legislators have approved $160 million to make highway improvements in one of the state’s fastest-growing regions. Officials from the City of Oxford celebrated the legislation in a news release Friday. The funds will allow for the four-lane construction of Highway 7 South from the Highway 7/Belk Boulevard intersection to the Highway 7/9 roundabout.
