An accident at a Lubbock area cotton processing facility leads to a man’s death. Police say 62-year-old Santos Galicia-Hernandez suffered a fatal crush injury while working between two 1,500 pound stacks of cotton.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Family and friends are mourning the loss of Lubbock DJ Amy O. Amy Garza, known to listeners of 104.9 The Beat as Amy O, died in a motorcycle crash in San Antonio last weekend. She served as a DJ and content director for The Beat for 15 years.
