Overnight gunfire in Colchester
COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - Police are investigating a shooting in Colchester overnight. Just after midnight, police received reports of a shooting near Sharrow Circe. When police got there, they spoke with witnesses and collected ballistic evidence - indicating someone shot a gun. Right now, police say no one was hurt, and they have no suspects. They believe this is an isolated incident. Anyone with information should call Colchester P.D.
Burlington cafe announces new late-night hours
BURLINGTON, Vt. — If you need a late-night snack on weekends, a breakfast cafe in downtown Burlington is now offering extended hours. Every Thursday through Saturday, The Cafe Hot on Main Street will be open from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., offering a special late-night menu. The dining area inside the cafe will be closed, however, with all ordering taking place through the take-out window.
