Bond set at $5 million for Lincoln man accused of killing two in drunken crash
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The man accused of killing two people while drunkenly driving down a Lincoln street will now be held with a bond. Lancaster County Judge Thomas Zimmerman heard a motion for a bond review from 34-year-old Grabiel Revilla on Thursday. Previously, Judge Zimmerman ruled that Revilla would be held without bond on two counts of manslaughter.

Nebraska’s Rienk Mast to undergo knee surgery, out for entirety of 2024-25 season
LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - A big blow to the Huskers this offseason, as the team announced forward Rienk Mast will have surgery on his left knee and will miss all of next season. The six-foot-ten junior out of the Netherlands will take a medical redshirt, retaining one year of eligibility for when he returns in 2025-26. “Rienk has put a lot of thought into this decision and worked closely with our medical staff in looking at all of the options to get his knee healthy. He has been in contact with our staff throughout this process, and we are in agreement that this is Rienk’s best long-term option for his basketball career,” said Huskers head coach Fred Hoiberg in a statement released Thursday. “Although he will not be on the court next season, Rienk will have a different role, one where we can take advantage of his experience and leadership skills. We know that Rienk will be diligent in his rehab and will do everything he can to return to full health.”
